Freezing is reversible
Your account is put on hold. You will not be able to recycle or spend while it is frozen, and you can ask us to reactivate it at any time. Nothing is erased.
Deleting is permanent
Your account and the personal information attached to it are removed from our records. This cannot be undone. If you want to come back later, you would start again from scratch.
What happens next
We contact you to confirm the request is genuinely yours, using the details you give below. Once verified, we complete it and confirm by email. We respond within 30 days.
Coins cannot be converted into cash or moved to another account, so any balance you hold is lost when the account is deleted, and cannot be refunded or restored. If you have Coins you want to use, spend them in the Dawarha Store first, or freeze your account instead of deleting it.
